Founder Celeste Hall built The Shift Healing and Wellness from her own experience with cancer, determined to create the support system she couldn’t find.

“My whole goal is that every time someone comes in here, they feel better when they leave. And that’s success.”

From Patient to Healer

Celeste Hall considered herself a healthy person. She was doing everything right, or so she thought. Then on April 19, 2019, at exactly 5 p.m., she received a cervical cancer diagnosis that stopped her world.

She had surgery four days later. She was shaken, and searching for more than just medical treatment. She wanted a place to help her heal in a fuller sense, somewhere to process what her body was going through and find support beyond the operating room. That place didn’t exist.

“There were no support groups at the time. My doctor wasn’t really recommending other places to do anything to support myself.”

So she made a promise: if she made it through, she would build that place for others.

A year and a half ago, she opened the doors to The Shift in Scottsdale, with a particular focus on clients navigating cancer and Lyme disease. Her approach starts with collaboration. She works alongside each client’s existing medical team, reviewing imaging and understanding the full clinical picture before providing any supportive care.

“My favorite thing is to collaborate with their physician, their team of physicians, to understand what’s going on.”

Real People. Real Results.

Jordan P., Lyme Disease

Jordan spent 13 years without a diagnosis before learning she had Lyme disease. When she found Celeste, she had significant jaw and neck pain, muscle stiffness, and the fatigue that comes from being sick for a very long time.

“She was so gifted at figuring out how to relieve that pain. She would help open everything back up, and just give me a lot more mobility and ability to keep going.”

Linda B., Injury Recovery

A serious car accident in 1993 left Linda with injuries that took decades to fully surface. When her back finally gave out, she found her way to The Shift.

“It’s so horrible to walk around in constant pain every single day. The biggest thing I’ve gotten is pain relief.”

What We Offer

The Shift combines a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s needs, including transcranial nervous system treatment, gyrotechnic expansion, rapid release vibration therapy, red light therapy, fascia and connective tissue work, and EWOT (exercise with oxygen therapy.) Every plan is built in coordination with the client’s existing medical team.

The Philosophy Behind The Shift

Some clients come five or six days a week. Others travel from across the country and around the world. What they share is the belief that they deserve to feel better than they do.

Celeste sees herself as part of a team, not the whole answer. But she holds firm to one standard: every person who walks through the door should leave feeling better than when they arrived.
